What are the delivery charges for my order ?

We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1000, within India. For international shipping, please write to us care@bestlifenaturals.com and we will try to work out the best costs for your location.

How long does it take to ship an order ?

We try and ship the products as soon as we receive your orders. However, at times your delivery may take some time in which case we keep you informed through mails.

How long will it take to deliver my order ?

Almost all orders are usually delivered in 4-5 working days for major cities in case of very remote locations delivery may take between 7-10 days from the date of order.

What happens if I have entered the wrong address ?

We would request you to contact us on our customer care number (+91-11-46064328) and/or email us (care@bestlifenaturals.in) -immediately so that we can fix try to prevent an error in case your order has not shipped. However in case the order has shipped, we will have to await a return and you would need to place a fresh order with a Shipping Charge.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time ?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend you place separate orders for the same.

How can I track my order ?

To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you could mail us your order ID no. and registered email ID using which you placed your order - we will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Fri from 10am to 6pm (except on Public holidays)

Do you deliver all over India ?

Yes, we deliver all across India though delivery times may vary from city to city. We also offer shipping worldwide
